California to Establish Federal Milk Marketing Order, Requests OMB Approval

The Agricultural Marketing Service proposes a new Federal Milk Marketing Order to regulate milk handling in California, which would adopt the same dairy product classification and pricing provisions as the current system and recognize producer quotas administered by the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
