USDA Reopens Comment Period on Export Reporting Requirements for Apples and Grapes

The Agricultural Marketing Service is reopening the comment period on a proposed rule that would require shippers of apples and grapes exported from the US to electronically report their Export Form Certificate numbers or USDA-defined exemptions codes, and make other changes to export reporting requirements.
