Opportunity for Designation in the Grand Forks, North Dakota, Area; Request for Comments on the Official Agency Servicing This Area

The Northern Plains Grain Inspection Service, Inc. (Northern Plains) will cease providing official services on March 31, 2017. The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking applications from interested parties to take over these services and is also soliciting comments on the quality of Northern Plains' services.
