Information Collection Request; Customer Data Worksheet Request for Business Partner Record Change

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Farm Service Agency (FSA) is requesting comments from all interested individuals and organizations on an extension with a revision of a currently approved information collection to support Customer Data Worksheet Request for Business Partner (BP) that contains the producer's personal information. Specifically, FSA is requesting comment on the form AD-2047, "Customer Data Worksheet Request for Business Partner Record Change". FSA is using the collected information in support of documenting critical producer data changes (customer name, current mailing address and tax identification number) in BP made at the request of the producer to correct or update their information. The critical producer data are being used to update existing producer record data and document when and who initiates and changes the record in BP.

Rescission Notice; West Fork Battle Creek Watershed Plan, Carbon County, Wyoming

The NRCS Wyoming State Office, in coordination with the U.S. Forest Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is rescinding the notice of intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the West Fork Battle Creek Watershed Project in Carbon County, Wyoming, which was published in the Federal Register on December 28, 2022. NRCS has determined that the NOI was issued prior to confirming viable alternatives and need for an EIS.

Mount Taylor Ranger District, Cibola National Forest & National Grasslands; New Mexico; Roca Honda Mine Project

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service (Forest Service), Cibola National Forest & National Grasslands, intends to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) to assess and disclose the effects of the proposed Plan of Operations (PoO), also referred to as the Mine Operations and Reclamation Plan (MORP), submitted by Roca Honda Resources, LLC (RHR), for the development and operations of the Roca Honda Mine Project. The Forest Service is the lead agency. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 and the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Rio Puerco Field Office are cooperating federal agencies. This notice announces the beginning of a 30-day comment period to solicit comments and identify issues. The EIS will evaluate potential impacts of the development and operations associated with the proposed underground uranium mine on National Forest System (NFS) and BLM- administered lands, as well as state and private lands. The Forest Service expects that the proposed action will require a project- specific amendment to ensure consistency with the Cibola National Forest Land Management Plan.
