USDA Revises Cauliflower Standards to Allow Broader Color and Size Range

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating its standards for cauliflower grades, allowing for a wider range of colors and sizes, including smaller curds, to be certified as U.S. grade.
