FSIS Adjusts Dollar Limitations for Retail Exemptions

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is updating the dollar limitations for retail stores selling meat, poultry, and poultry products to hotels, restaurants, and similar institutions without losing their exemption from federal inspection requirements, effective from 2017.
