GIPSA Requests 3-Year Extension of Information Collection Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is seeking OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection for 3 years, supporting reporting and recordkeeping requirements under the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended and supplemented, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
