USDA Announces Second Application Window for Rural Broadband Access Loan and Loan Guarantee Program

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is opening a second application window for the Rural Broadband Access Loan and Loan Guarantee Program (Broadband Program) for fiscal year 2017, with $60 million in available funds, as part of a statutory requirement under the 2014 Farm Bill.
