USDA's Food and Nutrition Service Requests Approval for SNAP-Ed Connection Resource Sharing Form

The USDA's Food and Nutrition Service is seeking approval to collect information via an online form for the SNAP-Ed Connection Resource Sharing Form, a tool for SNAP-Ed instructors and nutrition education material developers to submit materials for review and possible inclusion in the SNAP-Ed Library.
