U.S. Standards for Grades of Shelled Walnuts and Walnuts in the Shell Revised to Include Red-Colored Walnuts

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service is revising the U.S. Standards for Grades of Shelled Walnuts and Walnuts in the Shell to include red-colored walnuts and remove the 'Unclassified' section, aiming to modernize the standards and meet growing consumer demand for greater marketing flexibility.
