Availability of an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for a Biological Control Agent for Swallow-Worts

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has released a biological control agent, a leaf-feeding moth, to control swallow-worts, and determined that its release will not have a significant impact on the environment. This decision was made after an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact were prepared.
