US Withdraws Proposed Rule on Export Reporting Requirements

The US government has withdrawn a proposed rule to modify the reporting of export certificate information under regulations issued under the Export Apple Act and the Export Grape and Plum Act, following public comments and a decision not to proceed with the action.
