US Department of Agriculture to Relax Peanut Quality Standards

The US Department of Agriculture has relaxed the quality standards for peanuts marketed in the US, increasing the allowance for damaged kernels in farmers' stock peanuts and adjusting requirements for Segregation 2, in line with recent changes to outgoing quality standards.
