Notice of Availability of Draft Scientific Assessment for Public Comment

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) is publishing a notice to announce the availability of a draft scientific assessment, the 2nd State of the Carbon Cycle Science Report (SOCCR-2), for public comment. The public has 60 days to review and submit comments.
