Florida Tomato Committee Recommends Decrease in Assessment Rate for Tomatoes Grown in Florida

The Florida Tomato Committee has proposed a rule to decrease the assessment rate for tomatoes grown in Florida, which would remain in effect unless modified, suspended, or terminated, and also includes administrative revisions to conform to the Office of Federal Register requirements.
