Milk in the Florida Marketing Area; Notification of Hearing

A public hearing is being held to consider a proposal by Southeast Milk, Inc., Dairy Farmers of America, Inc., Premier Milk, Inc., Maryland and Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association, Inc., and Lone Star Milk Producers, L.C. to impose a temporary supplemental charge on Class I milk to reimburse handlers and producers for costs related to Hurricane Irma's damage in September 2017.
