The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comments on proposed changes to Form 8582-CR, which deals with Passive Activity Credit Limitations, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
