IRS Publishes Corrections to Final Regulations on Transition Tax Under Section 965

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released corrections to final regulations implementing Section 965 of the Internal Revenue Code, which was amended by the Tax Cuts and Job Act of 2017, published in the Federal Register on February 5, 2019.
