IRS Corrects Final Regulations on Transition Tax Under Section 965

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a correction to its final regulations on the transition tax under Section 965 of the Internal Revenue Code, which was implemented following the passage of the Tax Cuts and Job Act in December 2017.
