OFAC Sanctions Action Notice

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is updating the Federal Register notice for a person added to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, following a determination that applicable legal criteria were met. As a result, all property and interests in property within U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with the sanctioned individual.
