FinCEN Publishes Final Rule to Adjust Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has published a final rule to update its civil monetary penalties (CMPs) to reflect inflation adjustments, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, which was amended in 2015.
