Treasury Proposes Rule to Update Electronic Payment Regulations

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is proposing to amend its regulation requiring electronic delivery of all non-tax Federal payments, eliminating outdated references and allowing for the use of Treasury-sponsored accounts like the U.S. Debit Card for non-benefit payments.
