Publication of the Tier 2 Tax Rates for Calendar Year 2020

The U.S. government has published the tier 2 tax rates for calendar year 2020, as mandated by section 3241(d) of the Internal Revenue Code. These rates will help fund benefits for railroad employees, employers, and their representatives under the Railroad Retirement Act.
