U.S. Department of the Treasury Seeks Public Comment on New Markets Tax Credit Program Certification Application

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is requesting public comment on the Community Development Entity (CDE) Certification Application for the New Markets Tax Credit Program (NMTC Program), as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
