New Prompt Payment Interest Rate Set Under Contract Disputes Act

The Contract Disputes Act has established a prompt payment interest rate of 2 1/8% per annum for the period from January 1, 2020, to June 30, 2020, in an effort to encourage timely payments among contractors and government agencies.
