Boeing Issues Airworthiness Directive for 787-8 Model Airplanes

The Boeing Company is issuing an airworthiness directive for certain 787-8 model airplanes due to issues with the proximity sensor in the slat skew detection mechanism assembly, which could lead to a runway excursion if not addressed.
