Bureau of Industry and Security Updates Export Administration Regulations to Reflect August 7, 2015 Emergency Declaration

The Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a rule updating the legal authority for the Export Administration Regulations to reflect the most recent extension of an emergency declared under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, as announced in Executive Order 13222 on August 7, 2015.
