EPA Approves Arizona Plan to Phase Out Stage II Vapor Recovery Equipment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision that eliminates the requirement for new gasoline dispensing facilities to install and operate Stage II vapor recovery equipment, and phases out the equipment at existing facilities from October 2016 to September 2018.
