NMFS Proposes Minor Changes to Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing to modify the process for divesting excess quota shares in the Individual Fishing Quota Fishery by November 30, 2015, as required by the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
