FMCSA Seeks to Extend Information Collection Request for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking to extend its current information collection request for training certification of entry-level commercial motor vehicle operators without changes. The request, which has been in place since 2004, aims to ensure that individuals with less than a year of experience do not operate certain commercial motor vehicles until they complete the required training.
