FAA to Rule on Clinton County Airport Land Release Request

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on a request by Clinton County, New York, to release federal obligations for the site formerly known as Clinton County Airport in Plattsburgh, allowing the county to transfer ownership.
