Daimler Seeks Exemption for German Driver to Test U.S. Vehicles

Daimler Trucks North America (Daimler) has requested an exemption for one of its CMV drivers, Philipp Kehm, to test-drive Daimler vehicles on U.S. roads without holding a U.S. CDL, citing the validity of his German CDL as a basis for safety equivalence.
