HUD Streamlines Administrative Regulations for Public Housing Flat Rents

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revised its regulations to give public housing agencies (PHAs) more flexibility in setting flat rents, following amendments to the 2015 Appropriations Act and the 1937 Act.
