ISE Gemini, LLC Filing for Proposed Rule Change to Prohibit Misuse of Material, Non-public Information by Market Makers

ISE Gemini, LLC, a self-regulatory organization, has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to adopt a principles-based approach to prohibit market makers from misusing material, non-public information. The proposed rule change would delete Rule 810.
