World Trade Center Health Program to Add New-Onset COPD and Acute Traumatic Injury to List of WTC-Related Health Conditions

The World Trade Center Health Program has decided to add new-onset chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute traumatic injury to the list of health conditions related to the 9/11 attacks that are eligible for treatment coverage, following a review of studies that found a causal link between these conditions and 9/11 exposures.
