EPA Approves Indiana's SO2 Revision for Walsh and Kelly Hot Mix Asphalt Plant

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a request from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to revise the state implementation plan for sulfur dioxide emissions from a hot mix asphalt plant in Griffith, Indiana, operated by Walsh and Kelly, Incorporated, without changing any emissions controls.
