EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Lead Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission from New Mexico Governor for the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County to meet the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) under the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
