Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd. Receives Special Conditions for Model K-100 Airplane Featuring Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) System

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued special conditions for the Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd. Model K-100 airplane, which will utilize a novel electronic engine control system instead of a traditional mechanical one, addressing safety concerns not adequately covered by existing airworthiness regulations.
