PBGC Publishes Final Rule to Simplify Reportable Events Requirements

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has published a final rule to make its reportable events requirements more flexible, reducing unnecessary reporting for most companies and plans, while targeting resources at plans with the greatest risks to the pension insurance system.
