EPA Announces Preliminary Lists for Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Allowances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of the availability of preliminary lists of units eligible for allocations of emission allowances under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), as part of the second round of allocations for the 2015 control periods.
