US Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Three Rivers Study in Arkansas

The US Army Corps of Engineers will prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement to investigate hydrologic and hydraulic problems threatening navigation, aquatic ecosystem habitat, and existing infrastructure at the Three Rivers Study Site in Arkansas and Desha Counties, as authorized by the River and Harbor Act of 1946 and the Flood Control Act of 1970.
