Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission to OMB for Review and Approval; Public Comment Request

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) have submitted an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to submit comments on the ICR during the review and approval period.
