US Department of Commerce Rescinds Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review for Chinese Solar Cells

The US Department of Commerce has rescinded a new shipper review for antidumping duties on Chinese solar cells, following a preliminary finding that a Chinese company made non-bona fide sales, and a final decision that the sales remain non-bona fide.
