EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Resolve Clean Air Act Lawsuits Filed by Sinclair Refining Companies

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed consent decree to settle lawsuits filed by Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company and Sinclair Casper Refining Company, challenging the EPA's denials of their requests for extensions of small refinery temporary exemptions under the Clean Air Act.
