EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of revisions to Colorado's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Colorado, which include updates to permitting requirements, fine particulate matter implementation rules, and minor editorial changes, as well as corrections to a previously published rule.
