EPA Approves Nebraska's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Nebraska's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted on March 30, 2015, which sets state-determined allowance allocations for existing electric generating units (EGUs) for the 2016 control periods, replacing EPA's previous allocations under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR).
