Department of Commerce Publishes Notice on Privacy Act System of Records Amendment

The Department of Commerce has announced the effective date of a Privacy Act System of Records notice, which pertains to permits and registrations for federally regulated fisheries in the United States, as part of the proposed amendment to the Privacy Act of 1974.
