Department of Commerce Proposes Amendment to Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program System of Records

The Department of Commerce is proposing to update the routine uses for the Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program system of records, which includes disclosure for breach notifications, law enforcement purposes, and private relief legislation, and invites public comment on the amended information collection.
