Record of Decision for the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Military Relocation

The US Department of the Navy has decided to build a main base, family housing, and a live-fire training range on Guam to relocate a reduced number of Marines and dependents compared to a previous 2010 study. The construction will follow the alternatives outlined in the 2015 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, which include a cantonment at Finegayan and family housing at Andersen Air Force Base.
