EPA Proposes Federal Implementation Plan for Managing Air Emissions from Oil and Gas Operations in Indian Country

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a federal implementation plan to regulate air emissions from new and modified oil and gas operations in Indian reservations and other areas of Indian country, aiming to satisfy the minor source permitting requirement under the Federal Indian Country Minor NSR rule.
